Sales Executive
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and self-motivated sales professional with the ability to build relationships and sell at a high level.
The primary responsibility will be to call upon and counsel a range of clients in our targeted industry, identify needs, and propose solutions.
Position Description:
Primary responsibilities include supporting and improving a sales process and business plan to promote and grow our client base.
We are seeking a candidate with a strong sales development background, familiarity in the plastic industry, lead development and demonstrated experience in relationship-based selling. Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience, MBA preferred but not necessary.
Requirements:
-2+ years proven sales success in sales
-Ability to see and present business advantages
-Proven success at cold calling into accounts
-Knowledge of the plastic industry
-Aggressive, hungry approach to doing business, a self starter
-Money motivated and confident
-Strong sense of urgency. Experience in start-up environment a plus
-Understands solution selling and relationship selling
-Ability to orchestrate resources to accommodate sale closure
-Ability to identify and entertain customers and vendor partners to develop relationships
-Excellent sales and communication skills
-Solution seller - can understand the whole picture and work the details
-Effective listener
