Dave Bernard
Mr. Bernard holds a Master’s degree (Finance & Marketing) from SMU, Dallas, TX and an Undergraduate
BS degree in Business Administration from Miami University, Oxford, OH. His packaging career spans
17 ½ years, with American Can Co. in various management positions in Marketing and Finance and 17
years as an Entrepreneur/Owner of coextruded plastic sheet and thermoformed plastic packages.
In April 1997, Mr. Bernard and his partners purchased the Light Gauge Thermoforming business
from Spartech Plastics. |

Anthony Domerchie
Anthony Domerchie comes from a family of 7 children and was born in The Netherlands. Graduated from Chicago Technical College, and has over 35 years of Package Engineering Experience. While attending school, enjoyed playing drums and other instruments in Rock and Roll bands in the late sixties. Nominated as one of ten outstanding young leaders in 1977 by the Jaycees, former Alderman for the City of Waukegan, and a white water raft guide in the south east. Has held positions in Supplier Development, Package development for leading consumer products companies, held various Purchasing positions and Account Executive work prior to entering the career of Sales.

Gary Larkin
Born in LaCrosse Wisconsin and graduated with a BS degree in Chemistry from the University of
Wisconsin LaCrosse. Mr. Larkin spent his early career as a chemist and was instrumental in obtaining a patent
on the first disc brake pad used by Ford Motor Company while employed with Johns Manville in
Waukegan, Illinois. He has worked in the Plastics Industry from 1973 to the present with Portage
Industries Corporation/Advantek/Portage Plastics transition. He was deeply involved in a successful IPO in 1987
with Portage Industries.

Kevin Putnam
Kevin Putnam is a life-time resident of the Portage area and has been involved in thermoforming
since 1974. During that time he has held a variety of positions from process technician, to supervisor,
special projects coordinator, VP of operations. Kevin enjoys design challenges that stretch the thermoforming
process capabilities. He also enjoys most all-outdoor activities. |
