Thermoforming is Portage Plastics forté. Many companies make plastic, but PPC is a unique, highly developed thermoforming company, vertically integrated, utilizing its human resource, capital, and equipment assets to produce high-quality parts at competitive prices.

PPC thermoforms a multitude of plastic products: clamshells, trays, bowls, lids, liners and containers. We supply custom designed packaging for many specialized markets, such as Food, Medical Packaging, Personal Care, Automotive, Hardware, Agricultural, Consumer, and Industrial Electronics.

Our in-house Design team will provide you with innovate options for new products as well as creative improvements for existing packaging. Our quick turnaround of concept designs, drawings, prototypes and production samples will meet your product launch deadlines.

As a high quality manufacturer of thermoformed packaging products, we employ a sequential melt phase vacuum pressure forming process, often with plug assist, to create crisp definition for detailed parts.

Our vertical integration ties are strong. PPC maintains relationships with extrusion suppliers with strategic locations to provide “just-in-time” delivery. We can provide turnkey solutions for your packaging supply chain with our extensive sourcing capabilities.

Providing our customers with the quality packaging they need to become leaders in their markets.
